Do you do custom or bulk orders for races, clubs, or event organizers?
Yes — we've built award panels for race directors and can produce sets for a series or event. Email us to talk through what you need.
What's included in a panel?
A 6"×14" aluminum-framed panel with your 3D-printed topographic route insert, a printed stat sheet, and a medal hook. Available in Dark and Light.
What if my GPX file has errors or gaps?
We check every file before it goes into production. If something looks off, we'll reach out before we print.
What file do I need to upload?
A GPX file of your route, exported from Strava, Garmin, or a similar tracking app.
What is the return policy?
Every panel is made to order from the race data you submit, so all sales are final once production starts. If your panel arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll repair or replace it — see our full Refund Policy for details.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Every panel is built for one race and one customer, so all custom orders are final sale. Gift cards are final sale too.
When will I get my order?
Each panel is printed one at a time on a single machine in Philadelphia. Production typically takes 2 weeks before it ships. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every panel is designed, printed, and assembled by hand in Philadelphia — one at a time, on our own printer. Nothing is outsourced or mass produced.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate within the US: $5.00
Calculated rates for international shipping.
What activities do you support?
Any race or ride with a GPX file — road, trail, ultra, or cycling. A triathlon version is in development.
