Made to order

Every Bonk Studios panel is built for your race, your data, your race name, your date, your elevation. Because each panel is made for one person and one race, all sales are final once production starts.

Double-check your race details at checkout. That data becomes the panel.

A note on the print

The topographic insert is 3D printed one layer at a time, on a single machine in Philadelphia. Slight variation in layer texture and finish is part of the process, the mark of a single print made to order, not something stamped out on a line. It's not a defect.

Damage or defects

Check your panel as soon as it arrives. If it shows up damaged from shipping, has a clear manufacturing defect, or doesn't match what you ordered, email support@bonkstudiosco.com within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the panel and the packaging. We'll repair or replace it.

Wrong item

If you receive an order that isn't yours, email support@bonkstudiosco.com and we'll sort it out.

Gift cards

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Refunds, when issued

Once a refund is approved, for a defect, shipping damage, or a wrong item — we'll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't seen it, email support@bonkstudiosco.com.
